Fanie has served in full-time ministry for over 25 years, bringing a powerful blend of Bible-based preaching, practical life application, and motivational teaching to every space he enters. His ministry is grounded in truth, yet expressed in ways that are deeply relatable, transformative, and relevant to everyday life.

He holds a Doctorate in Divinity and is a certified Life Coach, specializing in Personal Development, Leadership Development, and Team Dynamics across both faith-based and corporate environments. His ability to bridge spiritual depth with real-world leadership challenges makes his work impactful far beyond the pulpit.

Fanie is the author of several books, with Motivational Leadership standing as his benchmark work—widely valued for its insight into leadership effectiveness, workplace culture, and employee motivation. His diverse background includes pastoring churches, personal and corporate coaching, public speaking, and the design and delivery of leadership and personal growth programs.

Outside of his professional calling, Fanie lives life actively and intentionally. An avid mountain biker, he believes growth happens best when body, mind, and spirit are aligned. He is also a proud father to his daughter, Zoëy, who is currently in her third year of studies to become a teacher.

His life motto captures his approach to both leadership and life:
